What is your return policy?
We offer 30-day returns on eligible items.
To be eligible, products must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned with proof of purchase.
Please note: personalized and custom-made items are final sale, as they are created specifically for each customer.
Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Can I return a personalized or engraved item?
Because personalized items are made specially for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Shipping is free to all these destinations.
